The Tech Waiver Program at ATCAP Home Healthcare Solutions is designed to support individuals with complex medical needs who require technology-assisted care to live safely and comfortably at home. Through this specialized Medicaid waiver, eligible individuals—often children or young adults with severe disabilities or chronic conditions—can receive essential in-home nursing services that would otherwise be provided in a hospital or long-term care facility.
